Msgbox saying "Unable to read file"

I don't how it happened.
Every time I open Excel workbook (any workbook),
a msgbox appears saying "Unable to read file" twice.
But then everything is fine.
Can you help? Please.

Perhaps you have a misbehaving add-in. Go to the Tools menu,
choose Add-Ins, and uncheck everything there.

Does UserForm have anything to do with the problem?
I was learning how to use the UserForm.
