I have reciently begun having trouble with my help files. The system is
acting as if there are not any help files resident on my computer, and wants
to go directly to the web, however even if I am connected, it does not search
the web for the help. It always just says web page unavailable.
Well I went back through my logs and noticed that Norton found a virus in
this file: mshlpa.exe, and deleted it. By deleting that file, is that what my
problem is????, and is/was that an Office file???? Problem 2. If that is an
Office file, where is it? I have deleted office and reloaded it, but the
problem still exists, and I can't find that file. Thank you in advance, John
