MSI and Visio2003

Hello

I have developed an AddOn for Visio 5 (stenciles, templates, vsl file). Now
I need to publish the stuff under Visio 2003. After using the "Visio
Solution Publishing Tool" my stenciles and templates are visible in 2003 but
I cannot find my vsl file. I compared my msi file with the VisioSDK.msi
using the orca tool (Windows Installer SDK). Additionaly, I found out that
they are very different. Visio SDK is published in all languages and they
use a "&" in table "PublishComponent" column "AppData". Even the registry
entries of SDK and my AddOn are different.
So what should happen when publishing an AddOn? Is their a working msi
example (stenciles, tamplates, vsl)? And what I am doing wrong?
