Hello Gerry

Since my last post i have removed Office 200 from one of the machines and
have tried an install - still the same thing happens.
One thing i have found though is that when i search for the file that its
attempting to delete i discover that it isnt actually on the PC.

Any thoughts?

Hi Scrappo,
To be honest i had the 'remove office programs' selected within the MSI.
Would this cause a problem radomly on some machines?

In general, telling it to remove old versions works fine.
