.msi files

I am in FL for the winter; my disks are in MA. The requirement of the .msi
file for completing updates is a real drag. Suggestion: As part of
installation, add .msi to installed files on computer. What would be even
better is to trust Microsoft customers. If the program to be updated is
already installed, please assumed it hasn't been pirated. Sure, you will
lose some, but you will gain friends.

Meanwhile, how can I get sberet.msi, the required .msi, even though I am not
at home?

The search for the .msi file really doesn't have anything to do with
licensing, it SHOULD be included in the installed files on your computer by
default (the program canot functiont properly without it). The msi file
you're reffering to seems to be from Office 2003 Small Business Edition,
please confirm that from looking on your Start menu -> Control Panel ->
Add/Remove Programs and searching for the installed Office products.
If that's the product, then maybe your installation is damaged, try running
a repair by going (in any Office App) to Help -> Detect and Repair.
If all the above doesn't work, try and disabling your LIS (Local
Installation Source) in case it has been corrupted. Here's more info on LIS:
