MsiInstaller 1004 msgs

On a NT4 Terminal Server box (with SP6) and Citrix
Metaframe 1.8 SP4, we get tons of MsiInstaller event 1004
messages logged in the Application log. Office 2000,
which would appear to be the source of messages, is
installed on the terminal server as well. The users
haven't reported any issues, but the event logs message
make troubleshooting any other real issues difficult.
