Msimn error

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. All of a sudden when
i am opening up my Outlook Express it freezes. When i do
ctrl/alt/del the box pops up and says Msimn not
responding. Can anyone tell me what I need to do in order
to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any help!!
