MSN account won't stay in personal Folder

Here is the problem i have Outlook 2003 and i use msn
mail, When i add new HTTP account and select MSN. it
creates new folder and those not want to stay in Personal
Folder, Anybody know why it does that. It worked once for
me but i cant get it to work again. Please Help

MSN at one time was POP3/SMTP based but they have changed
to HTTP based mail. You will always get a separate
mailbox (inbox, etc) for http mail. You can drag and drop
mail from the MSN folders to your personal folders but the
mail will not deliver to the personal folders. Rules also
do not work on http mail.
