Whether you use the Outlook connector for MSN premium or HTTP, you will
always have a separate message store. This is because it's a server account
and if you download POP3 mail, it will be uploaded to the MSN account.
Now... some MSN accounts have POP3 access and that will allow you to have
one folder for all mail and won't upload mail to hotmail.
