Everytime I go to launch MSN Messenger 6.1 - I get the
following error message
"c:\program files\msn messenger\msnmsgr.exe"
a device attached to the system is not functioning
THEN
"the msnmsgr.exe file is linked to missing export
OLEAUT32.DLL:176"
THIS APPEARS TO BE EXCEL RELATED
can anybody help?
