Outlook Connector understands only DAV protocol specific to Hotmail.
Since other providers (Gmail/Yahoo) use different protocol you will
need a different connector for them.

I know!
But because I do have an other HTTPMail Server I would be interested in -
and the only thing would be:
- enable provideing your custom URL like you can do in Outlook
- leave out Passport at the beginning or better saying just bring up the
requested
Authentication instead of Passport as default
Outlook exposes all the MAPI interfaces which are required to write a
connector like this. Someone might have already written a connector
you are looking for. check out at, http://www.outlookcode.com
But it is difficult to write a addon which works with all servers.
