MSN to Outlook

Craig A.

I have a soldier who has approached me with this question. He is being
deployed and just bought a new home desk top as well as his laptop that he is
taking with him. In the military we use outlook and he has had an MSN Email
account as well.
He would like to have all of his MSN emails forwarded to his outlook
account. How does he do this?
I am asking, because I have been here many times and he is not very
Computer savvy, I do not use MSN and only use Outlook.

Any help that I can cut and paste to him woul dbe very much appreciated.
Thanks

What version of Outlook? He can use the Outlook connector with Outlook
2003-2010 and get MSN mail folders, calendar, and contacts in outlook or
connect to it using Pop3 (and get only the inbox contents).

http://www.slipstick.com/problems/msn_denied.asp has links to the connector
and instructions for POP3 access.

I assume he has Office 2007 that came with his new Computers. I know we are
up and running Office 2007 on all of the military systems and when he is
deployed he will be accessing through his New laptop and the military systems.

Thank You Diane
Have a very merry Christmas
