Greetings,
I have been running MSO 2003 on a Vista laptop for a while, no problems.
Installed MOA 2007, up for over a month with no problems.
Upgraded MSO to 2007 Ent. Now several problems.
1) whenever an MSO app is opened it goes through an extended "configuration".
The small configuration screen then the large square one. No message, no
errors
junst "configuring" MSO 2007. Word can Take 3-5 min. to actualy open.
in MOS 2003, at most 5 sec.
2) MOA 2007 can no longer find Word. The error is...
"Using this feature requires Microsoft word 2000 or later. The required
version of Microsoft Office Word is not installed on this computer."
I suspect that Office has not installed corectly. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled MSO and MOA numerous times and in various configurations.
I also tried to roll back to MSO 2003, the problem behaviors continued to
persist.
