I've been struggling with getting the help files in
Access 2000 Premium to work. When you try to display help
it returns the error "MSOhelp has generated errors and
will be closed by windows." I've gone through the steps in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article #298363 after purging
the dllcache in order to rename the files it specifies,
but the problem persists. This is only the case with the
help files in Access. All of the other Office 2000
programs are fine. The only other thing I can think of is
an error that comes up on installation stating that a font
cannot be registered. Perhaps that particular font is used
in the Access help files. I wouldn't think that would be
the case.
Thanks
