MSOHELP.EXE error

After using Microsoft Word (or Excel) Help, when I was
closing the Help, I am getting the following error:

"MSOHELP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created."

This error happens to both Word and Excel, but not
PowerPoint and Access. I tried to repair MS Office, still
same problem.

The operating system is Windows 2000 Workstation and I am
using MS Office 2000.

Hi Mac,

I'm not sure what you mean. I am able to start the download for
Hhupd.exe. Are you unable to get that far?

Hi Beth,

Thank you for your help again.

You are right, the website is accessable when I try again
through Netscape.

I didn't run the downloaded file since I am using Windows
2000 workstation. I did all other things on that web site,
but still couldn't fix the problem.

Is there any other suggestion you could offer to me?
