MSP 2003 crash with Enterpr Global open

I'm running server and professional 2003. Professional
Crashed with the enterprise global open. I now get a
message that says "can not open enterprise global
because 'my name' has it checked out".

How can I recover (i.e. force check-in of the enterprise
global)?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have not tried this for enterprise global but I think it is worth a try.

Log into project web access, click Admin in the top navigation bar, click
Manage enterprise features on the left nav bar.
under ehterprise options on the left navbar, click check in enterprise
projects.

Actually I just found that out myself. It works. When I
went to "check-in enterprise projects" the global file was
listed in the table. I selected it, clicked "check-in",
and now the world is fine again.
