MSP 2003 - PDS ResourceCodeValuesUpdate Status 9434 ?!?

Hi,

I'm writing some code which makes use of the project data service. I wish to
update one of the resource enterprise resource outline codes. I call the PDS
to checkout the resource successfully but then when i call the method to
update the code the return status is 9434 - an error code which is not
documented and is referred to as data access exception errors.

I wouldnt know where to start? Anyone any experience? Similar behaviour?
Where can i start to try solve this error?

Quickest would be to write the code in VBA! Remember PDS has been completely
replaced in 2007 so the life of any PDS code is only whilst you have Project
Server 2003.
