MSP 2007 Lookup button is disabled

Hi,
In MSP 2007, i want to add some customized fileds. I do a right click
on column and select Customized fileds. It opens a new window. There
the look up button is disabled. How can I enable it?

Hi,

For Flag fields the button is disabled because they are Yes/No by nature.
Select an other field type.
