I work in a Tech transfer office in an engineering school and I need to
manage (not control) R&D projects. Sharepoint sites are used at the project
level (researchers and students). At the TTO level and up, we need only to
follow milestones, dashboard for risk management and a structure to manage
legal/administrative and grants documents.
After looking at MS project and sharepoint server sites, I'm not sure if I
need both to do what I need.
Is somebody have similar setup ?
Is there a good book that might explain me how to achieve such a thing ?
