MSP Event messages

Hi, We are receiving the following messages many time in
the Event Log.

File: ViewsDrop.cls
Line: Error Number: 0x800401e4
Description: Error Information: Automation error
Invalid syntax
Additional Information: An error occured processing the
following view : ...

Component: Views Notification Service
File: C:\Proj10\pcportal\source\viewsnotify\ViewNotify.cpp
Line: 67 Error Number: 0x800a005b
Description: Failed to create instance of views processing
object (PCSViews.ViewsDrop). The service cannot continue
to run, shutting down.

We are using MSP 2002 since the BETA version. We do not
have SP1 installed and the security of the Viewdrop folder
is correct.
My question is: For each listed messages above, does this
means that the correspondant "Publish" is not working and
the update of the View Table is not completed? By
extention, the OLAP Cube generation will use nonupdated
information.
