An MSP 2003 file without any external links crashes when we try to complete
Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments. No other .mpp file on this
server has this problem.
We've tried all the methods listed here except for method 5, since we don't
have extensive Project VBA experience:

The application event log references ntdll.dll, which is a kernel file:
Event ID: 1000
Faulting application winproj.exe, version 11.3.2007.1529, stamp 465bf9b1,
faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.1830, stamp 424377d2, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0001ed9e.
Since no other files are affected by this problem, I'm hesitant to think
that it's related to the server itself.
Any other suggestions on how to fix this problem are greatly appreciated.
