MSP2007 error 9000

Hi there is something wrong with our enterprise global, I believe
something needs to changed in the database but am unsure what
exactley.
Can't open any enterprise projects recieve a error 9000.
Upon opening Project Pro I recieve these errors

Could not connect to Server
Project was not able to comned to Project Server because of the
folowing error:
The aedenbals you used to bgn may not be correct,
aeck yor user name jbassword. Try logging on to other network
resources using your user name/password.
Then
Microsoft Office Project
Could not access Enterprise Global
Possible reasons:
*You do not have sufficient permissions to access the Enterprise
Global.
*There is a problem with the Enterprise Global in the database.
If the problem persists, contact your adminisfrator.
Then if I work offline I can connect to the server after I'm past that
point but cannot open enterprise projects on the server. When I try to
Open the Enterprise Global I recieve this error
Microsoft Office Project
Project server encortered a problem vith this error code: 9000.
Please contact yor server administrator

Seems error 9000 is an Exception
rsExceptionError = 9000
