MSProject: customize field to different time zone?

I have a plan with hour-by-hour tasks, for a computer installation weekend.
Half of my team can't "figure out" the difference between the stated times
(all Eastern Standard) and "their" timezone, which is Pacific. Is there any
way in Project for me to use "Start1" and "Finish1" to subtract 3 hours from
the existing "Start" and "Finish" times?

Can I do this via a formula? If so, what syntax would I use for the formula?
I've tried:
[Start] -3h
[Start] - 3 hours
[Start] - 3h
none of which has worked. When I put in "[Start] -3" (which is the only
permutation Project wanted to accept) and clicked "OK", the times shown in
that column are exactly the same as in the "Start" field.

Thanks in advance!

Try this Betsy: start1= [start]-[text1] In text 1 type .125 (3/24) let me
know if this helps.

Hi Catfish,
This is the greatest thing! It works perfectly!! The only TINY issue is that
on the rollup tasks, the new "PST" times say "NA". That's probably because
MSProject already calculates those Start and Stop times, and can't do a
calculation on top of another calculation. You are the greatest!!!

Tried to make the summary work with no success. I'll just have to settle on
being the greatest. Glad I could help & good luck with your project.
