When I try to log on to Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 by using
Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 or by using Microsoft Project Web
Access, I receive the following error message:
Microsoft Project was unable to log you on at this time because the
Microsoft Project Server database cannot be accessed. Please try again later
or check with your Microsoft Project Server administrator. (5001)
This happened when I recovered the registry since upgrading the sql 2000
server was not fixing the problem I was having with it still thinking it was
a trial version. I thought maybe the user accounts got lost and I went
through the method 2 on:

I deleted and recreated the accounts. When I opened the web access the same
message popped up.
I am running ws2003 and sql s 2000.
Can anyone help me out? Any ideas of what else I can do to fix this?
