MSPS 2003 to MSPS 2007 migration error

While running migration tool for migrating Enterprise Global, Resourse and
Views I am getting the following error "Resource global migration failed with
error 80004005". Though I ran all pre verification cleanup scripts to make
sure none of the resources and projects are externally edited.

Can any one tell me how I can get rid of this error and will be able migrate
2003 to 2007.

The 80004005 error often has to do with permissions. Make sure when you do
the migration you're logged on with an account that has appropriate rights on
all dbs.

Mike,

Thank you for your suggestion. Before migration I made myself as DBOwner to
all the Databases.

Hello.
I have encountered the exact same problem as described below and have
verified that the account I am using to execute the migration tool is a
domain level account with access to the servers and this account has DBOwner
rights to all of the databases. My system is using SQL 2000 SP4. I am at a
loss for what else to check to correct the problem and would appreciate any
suggestions this group may have.

Thanks!
Christie
