MSPS7 - How to migrate project server configuration

Hi,

I would like to migrate the configuration of the project server (ent.
custom fields, outline codes, views on PWA, all setting which are not
included in the enterprise global template, but they are configurable
through the PWA.

we have implemented development environment and need it to deploy into test
and then into running operation.
