MSSPELL3.DLL error message

The above error message appears when I try to access
clipart in Publisher, as well as a few seconds after I
open Microsoft Word.

When I try to reinstall Office2000, I get the following
message after I click setup: "Error applying transforms.
Verify that the specified transform paths are valid."

I have reinstalled Windows ME, but this does not help.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Are you current with Office 2000 service packs?
I have reinstalled Windows ME, but this does not help.
