Sometimes I like to use "High Contrast Black"
color scheme to have mostly black screen.
(White screen tires my eyes.)
MS Word (WindowsXP) is compatible with this,
and shows white letters on black background.
... except for the drawings... A flowchart box
with text inside shows up on the screen as
a solid white box.
This is apparently a bug in MSWord. and my only
workaround is use a standard color scheme while
editing drawings.
Is there a solution, or a better workaround?
Thanks.
I'd also appreciate help on the following.
Re: MSWord freezes when I hit "control-shift" How to
unfreeze?

Re: MSWord freezes when I hit "control-shift" How to

When I'm inside MS Word (WindowsXP), I sometimes
hit Control + Shift.
This causes Word to freeze, so I have to go
to TaskManager to kill the process and
lose unsaved work.
Is there a way to unfreeze MSWord?
Two unwelcome responses:
"Stop hitting those keys"
"Yank out the shift key"
Thanks.
