MSysCmdbars Table question

Is there any way to delete a record from this table (the MSysCmdbars)? There
is a toolbar in there which somehow made it's way in there from an old
database and I would like to get rid of it.

Just go into view, toolbars, customize. Select the toolbar and click on
Delete.
