I am trying to install the German proofing tools from the "Microsoft Office
2003 Multilingual User Interface" DVD shipped with MSDN. After having started
MUISETUP.EXE, I am getting the error message "MUISETUP.INI is missing or
invalid. Please ensure this file exists and is accessible". Well, the file
DOES exist, but it does not seem to be a text file. Help is very appreciated.
