Multi calendar at outlook startup

How can i do this with outlook 2003:
I have 15 calendars showed together and every time i start my outlook, i
have to click for every calendar again to view the 14 other calendars. How is
it possible, that outlook will remember all the calenders i need, to show me
directly after starting outlook?

sorry but untill now it is not possible to "save" this calendar settings.
