Multi Drop Down Field Lookup

Hi All,

I have a form to enter data which mostly are drop down list. When I pick an
item in 1st field, I want it to filter the list item in 2nd field. And when
I pick 2nd field, it narrow down the list in 3th field......and so on.

For example, I pick "Class B" in 1st field. It only shows sthe student's
name of Class B 2nd field. And when I pick a studend name in 2nd
field.....and so on.

Here's a sample database that drills down 2 levels to find a record. Adding
a third level is similar to adding the second.
