Multi level lists in Word 2007

D

DRPC

Hi all,

In the drop down list for multi level lists, we have the option to define a
new list. When I click on that option, I see a list that I have previously
defined, but that list does not appear in the library of lists...any idea how
I can get it to appear there?

Additionally, some of the multi level lists that do appear (such as in the
'lists in current documents", do not give me the option to remove
them...would this remove them from those existing documents? If they would
not be removed, then I would like to remove them, to 'clean out' the library.

Thanks,
Jon
