multi page midi/tiff files through OCR

Hi,

I have some multi page MIDI and TIFF files that open fine in Microsoft
Document Imaging but I don't have prints outs - they were sent to me as such.
I can use OCR but then I still have to copy & paste each page by page, OR
when I click "send text to word" I only get the first page.

I believe in Microsoft Document Scanning, I would be able to get multipage
text all at once, but as I don't have a scanner, or the originals and I can't
open the existing files through Scanning!

Help? How would I get all the text from all these pages into Word?
