I have two reports, DENTIST & DOCTOR
Dentist is 2 pages A4
Doctor is 3 pages A4
I would like to print both reports but in a certain order (Room No)
eg data
Room Type Report
1 Doctor Doctor
2 Doctor Doctor
3 Dentist Dentist
4 Doctor Doctor
5 Dentist Dentist
I want to print in room order so I can deliver to over 1,000 rooms
The reports are linked via OLE to Microsoft word
Two questions
If the document is two pages in word why does only the first page print in
access ?
If I split the Dentist into two singles and link both pages, and Doctor into
three, thus linking five pages in total the report in access always throws
out a blank page after printing the two pager.
Have spent all this week trying to work this out
Perhaps a different thinking is what is required
any useful comments would be most welcome
