multi-select fields in design view

All of a sudden I am unable to drag my mouse across several fields and select
them all.
What setting did I change to do this?

Tools > Options > Forms/Reports > Selection behavior: partially enclosed
allows you to select part of a control when dragging your mouse instead of
requiring the entire control.
