multi-user environment in ACCESS

I use ACCESS 2003. I have an application in ACCESS that multiple users would
open for reading information from SQL server and modify data. How do I make
sure that all the application can write to the same table without erroring
out ?
Are there timeout parametes that I can set somewhere ?

You shouldn't need to do anything.
