Multilanguage Pack Detection

Is it possible to detect (using vba) if the user has the multilanguage
pack on their PC? I am using Word 2000 on Windows 2000 and Windows XP
machines. I want to offer a language choice for those that have the
multilanguage pack, but not for those that don't. Thanks!
