Multilanguage pack: english language (1033)

Hi everybody,

I had a question, i got a dutch version of Ms Office 2003. Now i got the
Multilanguage user interface pack too. But there is no english language in
that pack, is it possible to download this language somewhere? or do i really
need to install a english version of Ms Office 2003?
