Multilanguage User Interface for Office 2003

Hello:

We have an open license for Office 2003 Enterprise edition. A few of our users
need the complete French language interface for Office 2003 (the Windows XP
MUI is already installed). As far as I can tell, this is a separate purchase.
However, I cannot find where to do so. The general links to the Office 2007
home page or general Office download pages do not turn up any useful info.

Specifically: how do I obtain this pack?

Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
