Multilingual User Interface Pack - Office 2000

I support a number of French users in Quebec. I would
like to be able to switch back and forth between French
and English menus in Office 2000. Where can I get this
function? What is required for the installation? Any
specifics installation proceedures to follow? I did
update my PC with Media player 9 series and Media player
language pack but can't find anywhere THe multilingual
User Interface Pack (MUI). What is left to do?
