Multilist to Styles

Ok, I have Defined a new Multilevel list the way I want it. Now I would like
to display the heading in the styles panel so I can click on it when I want
to. How do I do this? In the Define new Multilevel list it says Link level
to style is Heading 1, but when you look for heading 1 in the style panel,
there is none. Same for heading 2. When I reveal the styles the headings
show that way, but Style "gallerie" (is that what you call the styles panel.

Also how do I stop word from doing anything automatically until I tell it to?

I also saved the multi list to the quick styles assigning it a name, and
also said put it at default as well.

To show all heading styles in the Styles group (of the Home tab), do the
following: In the Styles pane (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), click the Manage Styles
button. Click the Recommend tab. Locate and select the built-in heading
styles. Click the Show button. If you want to transfer this setting to the
attached template, be sure to select "New documents based on this template"
before clicking OK.
