Multiple access granted to a make edits/add task

Is there a way to enter a project where it can show up under projects for
multiple people – not just the individual who entered it? I need to share a
project with my assistant and would like for her to not only "see" tasks but
be allowed to edit and add task also. I would like for only us to have the
same privileges but everyone else to just view tasks only.

Is this possible and how do I set it up to do it?

Hi Tobias,

You didn't mention the specific version and edition you're working with and I assume you're referring to one of the MS Office
Project products?
