I have Vista Ultimate and Outlook 2007. I have multiple email accounts,
home, work but it always sends from the home account. Even when I choose a
different account it always sends from the home account. user ids and
passwords are different. Ideally I'd like it to just replay from the account
that received the email without having to choose.

Outlook ALWAYS replies using the account that received the original message.
You'll have to provide some evidence that the behavior is otherwise. Add
the Account field to the header line to see which account actually received
the message.
