multiple accounts send/receive error - OPMLog.log (0/1)

Please...
I am running outlook 2003.I have 3 email accounts and I had them all
entered into outlook.
When i clicked on send/receive,it used to go through each one fine.
The past few weeks i get errors "time out waiting for response" when
trying to send/receive all. If I try and Send/receive just one
account,it will work fine,but then when i try to do the next one it
gives me that error...
The only way i can check my mail now is to start Outlook,check 1
account,close outlook,restart it and check the next.
Seems like Outlook isnt letting go of the 1st pop3 incoming mail
server to check the next one.
I have tried to repair Office 2003,unistalled outlook,uninstalled
2003,all with no sucess.
I even tried to reset outlook defaults,no luck either.
Outllok Express will work just fine checking multiple accounts right
now,so I think its specific to outlook.
enclosed is the troubleshooting log file,
this is after i try to send/receive ALL (3 accounts at once)
and i get an error back "task 'pop.ameritech......Receiving reported
error (0x8004210A)
the operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving pop
server ...

Please,I am desperate
