I have Office 2003 with Outlook on an XP Media Center 2005 machine.
All updates including SP3.
In Outlook I can right click on a folder and do an "Advanced Find"
function. After going through the messages and not finding what I
want, I close the Find window clicking on the "X". I do the same steps
on another folder. This time it only takes about a second, and finds
no messages with the search words. I tried a search on a few folders,
then finally on all of the folders starting from "Personal Folders".
Each time it only takes a second to find nothing. I finally purposedly
put in common words, and had the same results.
Any idea why the Advanced Find fails like this?
