Multiple aliases

I have a pop acount and multiple aliases that refer to
that pop-box.
I want to know how to set up my Outlook (or Outlook
Express) so I can choose which alias I'm sending from (or
which alias is to be used as Reply address)

Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

If you're using a catchall account (*@yourdomain.com) or multiple aliases
set up to point to your single POP account, you can't use the 'choose from'
option in Outlook - it will only let you choose between POP accounts set up
in your mail profile.
