Here's what I am trying to do - I have a database of students and one of
judges they are applying to and I am trying to link them so that I can report
which judges students applied to and the reverse report as well.
Here's where I am confused: how do I create a list so that I can go into the
student form and select all the judges they want from the left column (the
"no" list) to the right column (the "yes")? I'm talking selecting from a list
of 2000 to a list of 100, so I don't want to have to manually do this.
I'm not even sure of the NAME of what I am trying to do - that's part of the
issue. Microsoft uses it all the time in products, so its frustrating to not
know how to do it myself.
