Multiple block senders list removal

I get a lot of Spam and use Outlook 2003 built in filtering. The option to
add a spam email to the block senders list only allows you to add one soam
email at a time. It would be nice if I could select all of them and then add
to the Block senders list. I would also like to see adding only the domain
name instead of the entire email address. As it is, I manaully do this after
the email has been added to the list. This is very time consummining. Also I
would like to see automatic notifications for office 2003 updates and spam
updates more often than every 2 or more months.

You can add only the domain, but not via a button.
