Multiple Calendar entries for the same resource name

I don’t know why Project does it but I get multiple Resource calendars for
exactly the same name.

I am using a resource pool for all my project plans. I recently changed the
name of a resource and since then it seems that this resource accumulates
calendars. If I go to Tools>Change Working Time I can see multiple (>10)
entries for the exact same resource name. However this resource name only
appears once in the “Resource Usage†View.
They are separate Calendars as changes to one are not reflected in the others
Any idea why that happens and how I can delete these calendar entries?

Don't have a solution for this, and if no one else comes up with one I
suspect a file corruption. Have you or any other PM ever moved, over-written
with a fresh copy or renamed any of the files attached to the pool? If so,
the corruption dice got rolled and you may well have lost!

Only solution then is to detach all projects from pool, delete pool then
re-attach all files to a new, blank pool.

Its a strange one. I might have renamed a file once but would that explain
the 15+ entries for the same name?
